Senior Medical Representative

We at Orchid Pharmed are looking for motivated and talented individuals for our specialized and general lines who can help us along this journey.

• Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the company strategy.
• Conduct regular physician visits to monitor product availability and movement.
• Maintain and update product and competition knowledge, and build and maintain good relationships with trade personnel.
• Update doctor cards and lists, submit daily reports, and be fully operational in sales techniques and operational tools.
• Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
• Engage with opinion leaders and gather market feedback regularly.
• Report relevant information to the FLS Manager and follow company procedures and best practices.
• Advise physicians on technical matters and provide appropriate guidance.
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
• Demonstrate product features fully before a sales action.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist, Medical Doctor, DVM (preferably), or any related major.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Independence and initiative.
• Nationality preference: Iranian.
• Fluent in English.
• Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old.
