Product Owner

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for defining and managing the vision of our sports-focused products. This position requires a strong understanding of Scrum principles, as you will work within this framework to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, and act as the key bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy with a focus on the sports industry.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs within a Scrum framework, ensuring that all requirements align with customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and maintain progress within Agile practices.
• Conduct market analysis centered on sports to keep products innovative and relevant.
• Communicate progress, updates, and product milestones to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in product management.
• Strong familiarity with the Scrum framework and commitment to working within this structure.
• Excellent patience and attention to detail; able to handle challenges with a calm and thoughtful approach.
• Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with development teams and make informed decisions.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is a plus.
