Backend Developer (C# / .NET)

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level or Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, and data access layers.
• Apply Clean Code, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement caching, background jobs, asynchronous processing, and service integrations.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality.
• Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production environments.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions.
• Explore AI/LLM integrations where relevant.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience for Mid-Level or 5+ years for Senior candidates.
• Strong proficiency in C# and modern .NET (preferably .NET 8/10).
• Solid experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, Dependency Injection, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of REST API design, JWT, OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

DevOps & Infrastructure (Required)

• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and reverse proxies.
• Experience deploying and maintaining .NET applications in production.
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, health checks, configuration, secrets management, and production troubleshooting.

Nice to Have

• AI/LLM integration, RAG, Microservices, Kubernetes.
• Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or ELK Stack.
• RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging systems.
