We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams and help drive work from planning through delivery. In this role, you will help the team operate with greater clarity, discipline, and predictability. This is not just a role focused on tracking tasks or facilitating Agile ceremonies; we expect the ADM to identify delivery risks early, manage dependencies, create alignment across stakeholders, and continuously improve the way the team works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the team’s delivery journey from work definition through completion.
• Manage capacity, deadlines, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Create clear visibility into delivery status and communicate risks, deviations, and changes in a timely manner.
• Effectively facilitate Planning, Review, Retrospective, and other relevant team sessions.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies by clarifying ownership, following up on commitments, and facilitating decisions on topics that require coordination across teams.
• Identify inefficient processes and design simple, practical solutions to improve them.
• Help teams select and tailor Agile and Lean practices based on their actual needs and context.
• Use delivery data and metrics to assess predictability, support decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Document decisions, processes, and lessons learned.
• Use Jira and other delivery management tools effectively.
• Be familiar with AI tools and use them responsibly for activities such as information analysis, documentation, reporting, and improving day-to-day work.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge and relevant experience in Project Management and Delivery Management.
• Good understanding of Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban, with the ability to apply them practically.
• Strong capability in planning, forecasting, deadline management, and following through on commitments.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence individuals and teams without relying on direct managerial authority, and to effectively manage conflicts and cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong sense of accountability, discipline, and commitment to organizational rules and team agreements.
• Accountability for commitments and timelines, timely communication of risks and changes, and independent follow-up until issues are fully resolved.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and propose solutions rather than simply report problems.
• Strong interest in continuous learning, developing knowledge and skills, and actively receiving and applying feedback.

Nice To Have:
Experience working in Product and Technology teams, managing complex or cross-team initiatives, familiarity with Delivery and Flow Metrics, experience in process design or improvement, strong Jira proficiency, and hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve productivity are considered a plus.
