About the role
Axon is an integrated healthcare platform used daily by doctors, clinic secretaries, and patients in Iran: scheduling, online visits, e-prescription, EMR, and payments in one place. We are looking for a Product Designer who can design for three very different user groups, each with a different level of digital literacy, and turn complex medical workflows into experiences that feel simple, clear, and safe.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences (research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes) for physicians, secretaries, and patients, adapting each journey to the user's digital confidence.
• Learn the healthcare domain quickly and use it to propose practical, well-reasoned solutions for these three audiences.
• Own UX writing for your flows: interface copy, error messages, empty states, and guidance that is clear, respectful, and appropriate for medical contexts.
• Maintain and grow the Axon design system across web, mobile & native apps.
• Go to the field when needed: run user interviews, observation, and usability tests directly with physicians, secretaries, and patients, and turn findings into design decisions.
• Define success metrics with the PM and iterate using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional team.
• Use AI tools throughout your workflow (exploration, prototyping, research synthesis), while applying human judgment and respecting patient-data privacy.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional product design experience on shipped, complex web or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio with case studies that show problem, process, decisions, and impact.
• Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems.
• Strong UX writing sense in Persian.
• Ability to simplify complex flows and explain design decisions clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable using data and metrics to guide design decisions.
• Fast learner who can quickly understand a new, regulated domain.

Nice to have

• VibeCoding skills: building working prototypes with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor.
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or another regulated domain.
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
• Working English for documentation and communication.
