Job Description

About Us
At Snapp! Kitchen, we work with food suppliers and production partners to deliver quality meals through online food delivery and corporate services. We value teamwork, mutual trust, a friendly and professional working environment, and practical problem-solving.
We are looking for people who take ownership, turn insights into action, and help our partners grow.

Job Description
You will manage vendor relationships and drive improvements in their commercial, operational, and quality performance. Reporting to the Account Management Team Manager, you will combine day-to-day account management with data analysis, structured improvement planning, and cross-functional coordination.
You will be responsible for identifying performance gaps and growth opportunities, developing actionable plans with vendors and internal teams, and following through on execution and results. Your scope will also include improving reporting structures, coordinating financial and contractual matters, and supporting menu and production development.
This position requires strong analytical judgment, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently move issues from diagnosis to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor vendor performance through sales data, dashboards, customer ratings, feedback, quality findings, and operational indicators.
  • Identify the causes of underperformance and develop vendor improvement plans with clear priorities, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support vendor growth by identifying opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, menu performance, and production capacity.
  • Recommend new dishes and menu adjustments based on customer demand, sales performance, vendor capabilities, and commercial viability.
  • Work with Quality Control and Operations to improve production consistency, packaging, order preparation, and fulfillment, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and redesign reporting structures to improve accuracy, consistency, and usefulness for decision-making.
  • Translate reporting insights into recommendations and track the progress and impact of agreed actions.
  • Follow up on vendor invoices, payment status, settlements, and financial discrepancies in coordination with Finance.
  • Support negotiations on purchase prices, payment terms, discounts, and other commercial arrangements within company policies and delegated authority.
  • Document vendor agreements and coordinate with Finance and Legal to resolve financial and contractual issues.
  • Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Corporate Business, Finance, Legal, Quality Control, Operations, and other relevant teams to deliver vendor initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign and sales opportunities with vendor readiness, production capacity, and service requirements.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, maintain effective relationships, and escalate issues requiring management decisions.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in account management, vendor management, supplier development, commercial operations, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience improving account or supplier performance and delivering initiatives involving multiple teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, analytical formulas, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret dashboards, identify root causes, and turn data into practical improvement actions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, payments, settlements, financial reconciliation, and commercial agreements.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitments.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and clear documentation and presentation skills.
