• Lead and support financial systems implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects
• Analyze and improve financial processes and workflows to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
• Support ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and enhance management reporting structures and analytical dashboards
• Support the design and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to digital transformation projects
• Prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance, financial systems, or related project management roles
• Experience in ERP implementation and optimization projects (Rahkaran ERP experience is highly preferred)
• Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts
• Experience in designing and developing reporting dashboards and BI solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with different stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields:

• Financial Management
• Accounting
• Computer Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
