Client Success Coordinator

The Role
NUVIOR is a Canadian medical aesthetics company. We're looking for someone to build and maintain relationships with medical clinics across Canada—introducing our product portfolio, answering questions, and following up consistently.
This is not a cold-sales role. It's relationship-driven, phone- and email-based client communication.

Responsibilities
Outbound and inbound calls with Canadian clinics
Product introductions, follow-ups, and ongoing account support
Logging interactions in HubSpot CRM
Client communication via email and social media

Requirements
English fluency is the top requirement. The first interview is conducted entirely in English by phone or video—average English will not pass.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client communication, account support, or professional teaching
General customer service without an outreach component will not be considered
Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Available for fixed Canadian hours—non-negotiable
