We are looking for a creative, proactive, and growth-oriented Social Media & Content Growth Specialist to develop engaging content, strengthen our brand presence, and grow our audience across social media platforms, primarily targeting Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Create engaging written, visual, and video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Video Production: Develop creative concepts, write scripts, and produce and edit Reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
• Audience Growth: Develop and implement organic growth strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Content Strategy: Plan and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with our brand identity, product features, and marketing goals.
• Trend Research: Identify relevant trends, creative formats, and competitor strategies that can inspire original content.
• Educational Content: Research psychology, mental health, and technology topics and turn reliable information into engaging, accessible content.
• Community Engagement: Support audience interaction and build meaningful connections with therapists and mental health professionals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement and follower growth, and continuously improve our strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong English writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Ability to create and edit short-form videos.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, organic growth strategies, and engagement metrics.
• Ability to generate original ideas and adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong research, critical thinking, and fact-checking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of results.
• Familiarity with psychology or mental health is a plus, but not required.

Scientific and psychological claims must be supported by credible sources. Fabricated research, statistics, and testimonials are prohibited.
Content must respect copyright, intellectual property, and platform policies.
Confidential company information, client data, and sensitive personal information must not be shared with unauthorized AI tools.
Mental health content must be respectful, non-stigmatizing, and must not make misleading clinical or treatment claims.
