Business Line Manager - Commercial

• Developing a comprehensive business line strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of SnappFood. Analyze market, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Working towards revenue targets by devising innovative approaches to drive sales, expand the customer base, and increase the average order value.
• Collaborating with various departments, including marketing, commercial, delivery and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business line strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and develop launch plans for successful market entry, considering local preferences and regulations.
• Owning and managing the Cafe business line end-to-end, driving growth, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Monitoring key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven initiatives to improve business results.

• Expertise in developing and executing complex business strategies.
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Quick Commerce.
• Proven experience in Business Line Management, Line Ownership, or Category Management, with ownership of business KPIs and commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of business growth drivers, including customer acquisition, retention, pricing, promotions, and profitability.
• Experience in the Cafe, Food Delivery, or Restaurant industry is a plus.
