About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual solutions for our brand and marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will take ownership of design projects from concept development to final delivery, creating visual assets that communicate brand messages effectively and support business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and maintain a consistent visual identity across digital and print touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas and briefs into effective visual solutions aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Take full ownership of design projects from initial concept and ideation to final execution and delivery.
• Create and oversee a variety of digital and print design assets, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, exchange ideas, and deliver design solutions that support business objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all visual communications and touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.
• Create and refine visual assets using AI-powered design tools to support creative projects and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop original, effective visual concepts.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual identity systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects from brief to delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in AI-powered image generation and enhancement tools, such as ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and Magnific.
