At Insight, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can develop effective strategies, lead a team, and manage multiple projects while driving organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to the goals and needs of each project.
• Plan and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Develop and execute AI Search initiatives.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup, and crawl errors.
• Analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and develop creative strategies to improve organic performance.
• Lead and manage team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Plan and prioritize tasks across projects and team members.
• Prepare analytical reports and continuously evaluate project performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and team management.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of AI Search visibility.
• Proficiency in developing targeted content strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, GSC, GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO-related technical collaboration.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, content clustering, and precise page targeting.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Strong team management, task prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reliable reports on project performance and progress.

• A proven track record of successful SEO projects and measurable results.
• Strong English proficiency.
