Senior Product Designer

About the Role
Invi is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team.
We are looking for a professional who combines strong UX/UI expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and can effectively balance user needs, business objectives, and development constraints.
As our organization evolves from a startup environment toward a more structured company, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while actively contributing to the development and improvement of our design processes and standards.
This role requires someone who understands design best practices but also recognizes the importance of adaptability, prioritization, and efficient execution in real-world product development.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product design processes, from problem identification and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, functional, and scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business managers to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Make informed design decisions while considering technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Design System.
• Adapt effectively to evolving business requirements and shifting priorities without compromising essential usability principles.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital product design.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in UX Research, Customer Journey Mapping, and Prototyping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with Design Systems.
• Strong product thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to make effective design decisions in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business.
• A pragmatic, adaptable, and outcome-driven approach to product design.
• Practical experience using AI effectively in the design process.
