Key Requirements & Skills:

• Enterprise Switching & Core: Advanced hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 series, multi-tier campus architecture, StackWise-Virtual, VSS, and High Availability (HA).
• Advanced Routing: Strong mastery of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF & BGP), VRF-Lite, Policy-Based Routing (PBR), and sub-second failover (BFD).
• Identity & Access Control (ISE): Proven production experience with Cisco ISE, 802.1X (wired & wireless), dynamic VLAN assignment, MAB, and endpoint profiling.
• Enterprise Wireless: Solid background in Cisco Catalyst 9800 WLC, high-density RF tuning, and secure roaming.
• QoS & Troubleshooting: In-depth knowledge of Enterprise QoS (Voice/Video prioritization), deep packet analysis (Wireshark), and NetFlow/IPFIX monitoring.
• SD-WAN & Automation (Advantage): Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Catalyst Center (DNA-C), and network automation using Python or Ansible.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments (2,000+ users).
• CCNP Enterprise certification is mandatory; CCIE Enterprise (written/lab) is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Layer 2/3 incidents under pressure.
