We are seeking a technology-oriented, analytical, and proactive Digital Transformation Specialist to help improve business processes, implement digital solutions, and introduce practical technology-driven improvements across the holding.

We are looking for someone with strong English skills, solid software knowledge, and the ability to write code and turn technology into practical business solutions.

- Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes and develop digital solutions to improve efficiency.

- Research, evaluate, and recommend software, applications, and digital tools based on business needs.

- Write code, develop simple applications or automations, and implement practical software solutions where appropriate.

- Use AI tools, APIs, and automation technologies to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

- Identify opportunities to apply AI and other emerging technologies to everyday business activities.

- Support the implementation, testing, and improvement of digital tools across different departments.

- Assist in developing management reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.

- Work with different departments to understand their needs, solve problems, and implement suitable technical solutions.

- Document solutions, monitor results, and report on progress and improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to read technical documentation, research international software solutions, and communicate effectively in English.

- Good programming skills and the ability to write, modify, and implement code to solve practical business problems.

- Strong knowledge of software tools, applications, and digital technologies.

- Practical experience with AI tools and their application in business environments.

- Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, and software integration.

- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

- Good communication, coordination, and project follow-up skills.

- Experience developing scripts, applications, or workflow automations.

- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with AI-assisted development and automation tools.

- Familiarity with Power BI, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms.

- Experience implementing software solutions or improving business processes.

- A portfolio of personal projects, applications, automations, or other practical technical work.

The ideal candidate should be able to research solutions independently, learn new technologies quickly, and turn ideas into working tools that address real organizational needs.
