About us
We're a deep-tech company building monitoring and measurement systems for the railway industry.
The role
You will own our machine vision measurement products end to end. That covers understanding what customers need, building the algorithms and software, and deploying and supporting the systems in the field. Some of our products already run in the field; others you'll take from prototype to finished product.
You work AI-native. You use AI agents every day to plan, design, build, and iterate, and you take full responsibility for the quality of what you deliver.
What you'll do
• Own measurement products built on LiDAR, laser sensors, and RGB and thermal cameras
• Turn customer needs into clear requirements and decide what to build next
• Design, implement, and improve measurement algorithms and processing pipelines
• Apply deep learning where it helps: detection, pose estimation, classification, segmentation
• Deploy, monitor, and debug systems remotely on Linux edge devices
• Monitor the health of deployed systems (uptime, data quality, alerts) and fix issues before they reach customers
• Make sure systems run reliably, unattended, and in real field conditions
• Guide non-technical helpers on site through installation and troubleshooting
• Bring products to production quality: accuracy, testing, and documentation
Must have
• 3+ years building machine vision or sensing software, including at least one product used in real-world conditions
• Strong Python and OpenCV
• Solid C++
• Linux and edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson): SSH, networking, remote debugging
• Familiarity with deep learning for vision: detection, pose estimation, classification, segmentation
• Daily use of AI agents in your workflow (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
• Ability to work independently and own decisions
• Working English for day-to-day communication
Nice to have
• Deploying deep learning models on edge devices (TensorRT, ONNX)
• Hands-on experience with sensor hardware, calibration, and synchronization
• Experience with industrial measurement or monitoring systems
How we hire
A live coding interview with a small, realistic task:
1. Think: you reason through the problem and propose an approach.
2. Build: you implement it with AI tools of your choice, planning, designing, and iterating.
3. Explain: you walk us through your solution and the decisions behind it.
