Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SQA Engineer to join our Venture Office team and help us deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality financial software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test scenarios and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
- Validate APIs using tools such as Postman
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Design teams
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and QA review sessions
- Contribute to test strategy, QA processes, and quality standards
- Perform performance and load testing activities using tools such as K6
- Ensure product quality across web applications, backend services, and APIs
- Execute and maintain automated test cases where applicable
- Support release validation and production sanity checks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and STLC
- Experience testing web applications and backend APIs
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress/Playwright
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
- Understanding of automated testing concepts and QA best practices
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, payment, or wallet products
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as K6
- Experience with SQL and database testing
- Familiarity with basic UX concepts
