We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement activities for vessels and office operations.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate competitive prices.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with technical, marine, and operational teams to meet procurement requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in ship management, shipping, or the maritime industry is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of marine procurement processes, suppliers, and spare parts.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
