Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and VLANs.
- Configure, maintain, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Manage and support firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security technologies.
- Monitor security events, analyze security alerts, and identify potential threats using SIEM and security monitoring tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and risk analysis, and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
- Implement and maintain security controls, access management, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security-related issues.
- Maintain and improve secure and reliable network infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Respond to high-priority IT incidents and provide after-hours or weekend support when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/ICT support, network administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Practical experience with network equipment, firewalls, VPNs, and network security technologies.
- Familiarity with SIEM solutions, security monitoring, and security alert analysis.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
