Job Purpose:
To drive business growth and operational efficiency through sales forecasting, demand and supply planning, business case analysis, and cross-functional coordination to optimize OTIF, profit margins, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Case & Strategic Analysis
Develop business cases for new products, CAPEX investments, channel expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct scenario, sensitivity, ROI, payback, and cash flow analyses.
Assess commercial feasibility, operational capacity, risks, and profitability.
Prepare management reports and recommendations.

2. Planning Models & Analytics
Maintain and improve sales forecasting, pricing, allocation, and planning models.
Enhance analytical tools and reporting through Excel, BI, and ERP systems.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational constraints and cost structures.

3. Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning
Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, seasonality, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Sales and Key Account teams to align forecasts with commercial plans.
Lead demand reviews and monitor forecast accuracy and bias using KPIs such as MAPE and WAPE.

4. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Coordinate the monthly S&OP process across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
Translate demand forecasts into production plans and financial projections.
Identify supply-demand gaps, capacity constraints, and stockout risks, and propose corrective actions.
Monitor production plan adherence.

5. Supply, Production & Inventory Planning
Translate demand forecasts into Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Plans (MRP).
Optimize raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels.
Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB), Days on Hand (DOH), and inventory turnover.
Manage customer order prioritization and product allocation during supply constraints.
Monitor OTIF performance, stockout rates, and lost sales.

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Commercial Operations, or Business Analysis, preferably in FMCG, industrial, or multinational environments.
3. Financial & Business Modeling: Strong skills in financial modeling, P&L projections, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and feasibility studies.
4. Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in complex formulas, Pivot Tables, dynamic arrays, and scenario analysis; Power Query/Power Pivot is an advantage.
