About the role

You will own financial products at Digipay end to end, across the cash and credit services we offer to customers and merchants. You use your knowledge of the market and of our users to start new initiatives and decide what is worth building, then design it completely: the customer experience, the business rules, the process behind it, and the data. These products handle people's money, so we need someone who gets the details right and works closely with engineering, risk, operations, and commercial teams to deliver real value.

Required:

• Experience. 4+ years in product management or a similar role where you owned outcomes, with at least 2 of them in fintech, payments, or banking.
• End-to-end product design. You have taken a complex product from an unclear problem to a launched, measured result, and can walk us through it in detail.
• Market knowledge and initiative. You know the fintech landscape, competitors, regulation, and customer needs, and you have started new initiatives rather than only delivering what was asked.
• Process thinking. You can map how work and money move across teams and systems, find where it breaks, and design a process people will actually follow.
• Financial product fundamentals. You can hold a real conversation about how transactions, balances, settlement, and reconciliation work, and what they mean for the product.
• Communication. Your requirements cover edge cases and failure paths, and both a business stakeholder and a backend engineer can read them without a translator.
• Judgement to push back. On a request that is not worth doing, a workaround presented as a solution, or a deadline that would trade away correctness.

Nice to have

• Core banking. Knowledge of how core banking or similar financial platforms work.
• Wallet and credit products. Experience with wallet, stored-value, BNPL, or lending products.
• Payment services. Familiarity with payment flows, gateways, PSPs, and settlement.
• Automation tools. Experience automating manual operations with workflow, rule-engine, or internal tooling.
• Regulatory requirements. Understanding of the rules that shape fintech products, such as KYC, AML, and transaction limits.
• Experimentation. Familiarity with A/B tests, control groups, and the common ways these go wrong.
