Job Description:
Support and manage Back Office operations.
Monitor mobile network Core equipment.
Analyze and troubleshoot network alarms and logs.
Coordinate with NOC, FO, and vendors.
Register, follow up, and resolve technical tickets.
Prepare network performance reports (KPI / SLA).
Collaborate on subscriber service troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, IT, or Computer Engineering.
Familiarity with LTE / EPC and IMS network architecture.
Knowledge of:
GTP-C / GTP-U
MME, SGW, PGW
eNodeB
IMS
Familiarity with network monitoring systems.
Ability to work with technical documentation and report writing.
Teamwork and sense of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Mobile Network Operators.
Familiarity with tools such as:
Wireshark
OSS / NMS
Basic knowledge of 5G networks.
Work Location: Hamrahe Aval (MCI)
