About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong UI craft and product thinking who can independently take product problems from exploration to delivery.

You should be comfortable understanding problems, exploring solutions, creating high-quality interfaces, and working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure the final experience is implemented well.

Responsibilities

• Independently explore product problems and turn them into clear design solutions
• Design end-to-end experiences from User Flows and Wireframes to polished UI
• Create high-quality interfaces with strong attention to Visual Hierarchy, Typography, Layout, and Consistency
• Explore and evaluate multiple design approaches before finalizing solutions
• Conduct practical research such as Benchmarking, Competitive Analysis, and AI-assisted Research
• Use existing Design System components and guidelines consistently
• Stay involved through implementation and perform Design QA
• Present design decisions clearly and improve solutions through feedback

AI-Enabled Design Workflow

We expect AI to be a natural part of your everyday design process. You should be comfortable using AI to:

• Support Research and Benchmarking
• Explore and challenge design ideas
• Analyze and synthesize basic product data and insights
• Improve UX Writing and documentation
• Speed up iteration and decision-making

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX
• Strong skills in UI Design, Visual Design, UX, and Interaction Design
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Good understanding of Design Systems and basic prototyping
• Ability to independently move from a loosely defined problem to a design solution
• Familiarity with basic research and product data
• Practical experience using AI in everyday design workflows
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
