2) Product Commercialization & Growth
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Edgex's products and services.
Turn existing creative solutions into clear, marketable offerings.
Coordinate product launches, landing pages, sales materials, and promotional campaigns.

4) Growth Management & Execution
Build practical workflows for lead generation, marketing, and commercialization.
Set priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure initiatives move from planning to execution.
Monitor commercial performance and recommend improvements based on results.
Report progress through measurable outcomes, including qualified leads, pipeline development, and commercial opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, growth, commercialization, or B2B marketing.

Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales pipelines.
Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing channels, and performance measurement.
Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and translate them into practical execution plans.
Strong business communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coordinate creative teams, marketing specialists, and external partners.
Analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and an understanding of business growth metrics.
Excellent organization, prioritization, follow-through, and independent problem-solving.
Comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creative agencies, technology companies, startups, or digital products.
Familiarity with product marketing, brand activations, or experience-based services.
Experience launching new products or developing commercial opportunities from existing services.
Who We're Looking For
We value people who take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, resourceful, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic creative environment.
You should enjoy both building growth strategies and executing them, testing new ideas, learning from results, and taking responsibility for turning opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
At Edgex, you'll have the opportunity to help build and shape a growing commercialization function, work closely with leadership, and contribute directly to the company's next phase of growth.
