About the Role
SaadatRent is looking for a proactive, hands-on AI Automation Engineer who can identify inefficient processes across the organization and turn them into practical, measurable solutions using AI and automation technologies.
This is not a traditional development role where tasks and technical specifications are simply handed to you. You will work directly with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to understand their workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and independently identify opportunities for improvement.
You will own the entire process, from problem discovery and solution design to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Your goal is to reduce repetitive manual work, improve accuracy and operational efficiency, and use AI to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze workflows across departments to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate business needs and prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, time savings, and cost reduction.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, and solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build internal tools, applications, scripts, and dashboards that address real operational and business needs.
Integrate existing systems and applications through APIs, webhooks, and database connections.
Validate data, calculations, and AI-generated outputs, and test solutions against business requirements.
Manage the deployment, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of developed solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, support users, and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
Measure automation impact through metrics such as time saved, error reduction, productivity gains, and operational cost savings.
Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and appropriate for the sensitivity of the data they handle.

Requirements
Hands-on experience building automations, internal tools, integrations, or AI-powered solutions.
Practical proficiency with AI coding assistants and the ability to evaluate, test, and validate AI-generated code and outputs.
Experience working with LLM APIs and designing intelligent workflows.
Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business processes into practical technical solutions.
Ability to validate data and calculations, challenge assumptions, and assess solution reliability.
Strong ownership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage projects independently from discovery through implementation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI agents and intelligent document processing.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with analytical dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment, monitoring, and version control.
Experience integrating systems built on different technology stacks, including PHP-based applications.

Compensation: Negotiable, based on seniority level and professional experience
