System Administrator

1) Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and domain management.
2) Manage email infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange, email service deployment, mail flow troubleshooting, DNS mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email-related investigations.
3) Deploy and manage internal Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Authority (CA) servers, SSL/TLS certificates, certificate renewals, and certificate-related troubleshooting.
4) Deploy, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications and Microsoft services, including SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, endpoint management platforms, and integration with Active Directory and other Microsoft services.
5) Manage endpoint security and server protection solutions, including EDR platforms, security policies, endpoint management, file server access controls, NTFS permissions, and shared folder security.
6) Perform technical research and development (R&D), investigate complex infrastructure and email issues, prepare technical investigation reports, generate operational reports, and recommend improvements to system reliability and security.
Requirements
1) Practical experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), user and computer accounts, and domain-related services.
2) Good understanding of email infrastructure, SMTP, Microsoft Exchange, email delivery troubleshooting, DNS management, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email authentication concepts.
3) Experience with SSL/TLS certificates, internal Certificate Authority (CA) services, PKI concepts, certificate lifecycle management, and troubleshooting certificate-related issues.
4) Familiarity with Microsoft endpoint and systems management solutions, such as SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, and endpoint management platforms such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central, as well as EDR solutions and server security management.
5) Strong troubleshooting, analytical, research, documentation, and reporting skills. Ability to investigate technical incidents, prepare clear reports, manage file server permissions and security policies, and support the deployment and integration of enterprise applications.
