Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products.
• Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and potential AI use cases.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and validation to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define and prioritize features based on user value, business impact, technical feasibility, and available resources.
• Conduct product discovery, user interviews, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions based on user behavior and business outcomes.
• Design and evaluate experiments, MVPs, prototypes, and new AI-powered features.
• Stay up to date with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related roles.
• Previous professional experience working on AI-powered products is required.
• Proven experience taking digital products from discovery and concept to launch and iteration.
• Strong understanding of Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Roadmapping, Prioritization, MVP Development, User Research, Product Analytics, and Agile Product Development.
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based products.
• Familiarity with Python and the ability to understand, review, or create basic scripts and prototypes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with AI/ML engineers and software development teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product and business opportunities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Technical Understanding
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with concepts such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Model Evaluation, and AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical requirements and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, model providers, and AI development frameworks is highly preferred.
• Ability to build or evaluate basic prototypes and proof-of-concepts is considered a strong advantage.

Nice to Have
• Experience working with Web3, SaaS, or B2B technology products.
• Experience with LLM-based applications, AI Agents, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with international startups or technology companies.
• Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Experience designing and running product experiments and A/B tests.
