Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Keepa Plus, you will help shape, deliver, and improve fintech products and features that enable users to build, manage, and access their wealth.

You will work closely with engineering, design, business, and other internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, define product requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the delivery of product initiatives from discovery to release and beyond.

This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, execution, and stakeholder collaboration. You will take ownership of assigned product areas and features, contribute to roadmap prioritization, and use customer feedback and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and clarify product requests from business stakeholders, identify underlying problems, and assess their relevance to customer needs and product objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and QA to define product requirements, clarify scope, and support effective delivery.
• Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned product areas, ensuring that items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that communicate expected behavior and business rules clearly.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization by evaluating customer value, business impact, implementation effort, and technical constraints.
• Participate in product discovery by gathering evidence, analyzing user feedback and product data, and helping evaluate potential solutions before committing to development.
• Follow product initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle, from initial problem definition and requirement clarification to release and post-release evaluation.
• Work closely with engineering to understand APIs, system integrations, technical constraints, and dependencies that may affect product decisions or delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, manage expectations, and resolve day-to-day blockers.
• Support release planning and validation to ensure delivered features meet agreed requirements and provide a consistent user experience.
• Monitor relevant product metrics and user feedback to evaluate feature performance and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation, decisions, and priorities to support alignment across the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in product discovery, backlog management, delivery processes, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role, preferably in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or digital platforms.
• Experience taking product features or initiatives from requirements definition through development, release, and iteration.
• Ability to understand business requests, identify the underlying problem, and translate it into clear product requirements.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and roadmap planning.
• Understanding of Agile product development practices and experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to use data, customer feedback, and evidence to support product decisions.
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies.
• Ability to manage multiple product initiatives, maintain clarity on priorities, and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working in a lean product team where collaboration is direct, responsibilities may evolve, and processes are continuously improved.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on fintech products, investment platforms, credit products, or financial workflows.
• Familiarity with financial products, payment flows, asset management, or lending and collateral processes.
• Experience with product analytics tools and defining or tracking product KPIs.
• Understanding of regulatory and operational considerations in financial services.
