Social Media Manager (Full-Time, On-site - Mashhad)
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at the Harkat Ensani Foundation in Mashhad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our international digital presence and ensuring our mission resonates across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Copywriting & Scriptwriting: Strong copywriting and scriptwriting for various social media formats to drive engagement.
Brand Stewardship: Oversee brand voice, identity, and consistency across all communication channels.
Campaign Management: Plan and implement strategic content campaigns.
Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the content production team.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and provide regular reports on social media performance and engagement metrics.
Trend Integration: Stay ahead of social media trends and content marketing best practices.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize scheduling and publishing tools effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (B2–C1 level).
Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of marketing and branding principles.
Research Orientation: Ability to research credible sources to create high-quality, up-to-date content.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools for data-driven reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
On-Camera Presence: Experience in hosting/appearing on camera for videos or podcasts (in English).
Visual Design: Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Figma.
CMS Experience: Familiarity with blogging and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
AI Integration: Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and optimization.
