We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and technically skilled Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in network administration, routing, switching, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Candidates with previous experience working in ISPs, telecommunications companies, or network service providers will be given priority.
We are looking for someone with a broad technical background who can work across different network environments, collaborate with other infrastructure teams, take ownership of responsibilities, and actively contribute to improving our infrastructure and team operations.
Technical Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Practical experience with different networking platforms, particularly Cisco (Catalyst and Nexus), MikroTik, and FortiGate.
• Knowledge of switching technologies such as stacking, port-channel, LACP, STP, and network redundancy.
• Experience with static and dynamic routing protocols, particularly OSPF and BGP.
• Understanding of routing metrics, path selection, load balancing, and automatic failover.
• Experience with redundant network architectures and connectivity between multiple locations using VPN tunnels and other tunneling technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot multi-site connectivity and implement automated routing and failover solutions.
• Familiarity with network access and authentication technologies, including AAA, RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, and captive portals.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and network services such as DNS, DHCP, FTP/SFTP, SSH, and NTP.
• Understanding of network monitoring concepts, including SNMP, Syslog, performance metrics, and alerting; familiarity with platforms such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools, and the ability to improve monitoring visibility through effective dashboards and visualizations.
• Familiarity with network automation using Ansible, Python, or Bash is an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3‌5 years of professional experience in network engineering or network administration.
• Previous experience in an ISP, telecommunications company, or network service provider is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with Cisco, MikroTik, and FortiGate platforms.
• Experience with enterprise or data center networking environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MikroTik certifications are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.

The recruitment process will include an initial interview to evaluate the candidate's technical background, professional experience, and communication skills.
Shortlisted candidates will also be invited to participate in a practical technical assessment based on real-world network engineering scenarios after the first interview. This assessment will evaluate their troubleshooting approach, technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and practical understanding of network infrastructure.
