Responsibilities

• Design complex product features from ideation to launch — consistent, scalable, and aligned with the product vision.
• Uncover UX problems and opportunities, and shape the design direction for your product area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Use AI tools and agents to accelerate exploration and iteration.

Required Skills & Tools

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, preferably on consumer-facing or mobile-first products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating craft, problem solving, and end-to-end thinking.
• Advanced Figma skills, with a component-first mindset and experience in scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in user research methods — interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and agents.
