About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst to turn operational data into clear, reliable insights that improve business performance and support decision-making. The role focuses on operational analytics, KPI and dashboard development, data quality, and reporting automation, working closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational performance across areas such as ride-hailing, sales, driver/ambassador acquisition, and field operations; identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and standardized KPIs to monitor performance across teams, channels, and operational processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries; extract, clean, validate, and structure data for reliable analysis.
• Use analytical methods such as funnel, cohort, segmentation, and trend analysis to develop actionable recommendations.
• Automate recurring reports and support data workflows using Python and tools such as Google Sheets or APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Data/Backend teams to define requirements, validate metrics, and communicate findings.
• Work with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Support Google Sheets automation, Apps Script, APIs, or data integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, or operational analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions.
• Hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Superset, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Practical Python skills for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Good understanding of data quality, data validation, and analytical data modeling.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and practical recommendations.
• Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a strong advantage; experience in mobility, logistics, marketplace, or sales operations is also valuable.
• Experience working with operational metrics such as conversion funnels, acquisition channels, driver/ambassador lifecycle, productivity, and service performance.
