Financial Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Specialist to join the Finance team at Taksa; someone who will play a direct role in maintaining financial discipline and operational stability by accurately recording and reviewing accounting documents, managing treasury processes, and following up on tax obligations. In this role, your work will contribute to cash flow transparency, effective support for customer financial affairs, and the preparation of reliable reports for management decision-making. Responsibilities

• Record and verify accounting documents, review the accuracy of financial data, and organize financial records to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and consistently follow up to resolve identified discrepancies.
• Execute accounts receivable and payable processes, control expenses, and contribute to daily treasury management.
• Prepare and submit corporate income and value-added tax (VAT) returns, fulfill TaxPayers System (Samaneh Moadian) obligations, and follow up on statutory and insurance requirements.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports, conducting initial analyses of revenues, expenses, and financial fluctuations for management.
• Support customer financial operations and follow up on inquiries, settlements, and financial discrepancies related to company services.
• Collaborate with other organizational departments to complete financial data, resolve discrepancies, and continuously improve financial processes.

Requirements

Must Have

• Proficiency in accounting principles, recording financial entries, account control, and bank reconciliation.
• Practical experience in executing accounts receivable and payable processes, treasury operations, and cost control.
• Proficiency in preparing tax returns (corporate income and VAT) and working with the TaxPayers System (Samaneh Moadian).
• Ability to prepare financial statements and management reports, and perform initial revenue and expense analysis using Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail in document verification, maintaining strict confidentiality of company and client financial data, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with insurance regulations and requirements related to corporate finance.
• Experience working in service-oriented companies and familiarity with customer billing and settlement processes.
• Experience working with modern financial systems and management reporting tools.
