The mission of this role is to accelerate Azki’s transformation into an AI-enabled organization by identifying meaningful opportunities to leverage AI across different departments and empowering teams to solve problems and improve their processes with AI.

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and AI capabilities, helping transform the use of AI from scattered tools and individual experiments into a scalable and sustainable organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with different departments across the organization to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement or redesign through AI.
• Propose practical AI-driven solutions and translate identified opportunities into clearly defined and actionable projects and use cases.
• Lead AI transformation projects from problem discovery and prototyping through implementation, adoption, and measurement of business impact.
• Empower individuals and teams to use AI tools more independently through training, mentoring, prototyping, and hands-on support during initial projects.
• Establish and develop a network of AI Advocates across different departments and support them in driving AI initiatives within their respective teams.
• Define the standards and governance frameworks required for secure, responsible, and scalable AI adoption, particularly in areas such as data, security, access management, and tool usage.
• Identify and evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and models, and determine which ones are worth adopting or developing at Azki.
• Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Security teams when bringing an AI solution into production requires integration, infrastructure, or additional technical capabilities.
• Measure the adoption and impact of AI projects and support the scaling of successful solutions across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Deep, practical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their capabilities and limitations.
• Hands-on experience working with AI-powered tools and APIs, with the ability to rapidly build prototypes and automation solutions, preferably using Python and AI-powered development tools.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify where and how AI can create tangible business value.
• Ability to translate relatively ambiguous business problems into simple, actionable, and measurable technical solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Software Engineering, APIs, integration, data, and system architecture, sufficient to guide a solution from prototype to production.
• Familiarity with AI governance, information security, privacy, and the risks associated with enterprise AI adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills, particularly when working with non-technical stakeholders.
• A hands-on, experiment-driven mindset, with the ability to build quickly, experiment, and demonstrate AI capabilities through practical implementations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive initiatives forward without relying on formal organizational structures or direct authority over teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data/AI, or related technical fields. Hands-on experience with AI and transformation projects is a significant advantage. A relevant university degree is a plus, but practical experience and demonstrated capabilities take priority.
