Job Description

We are looking for a Golang Developer to join our software engineering team and help design and develop reliable and scalable backend systems that power our platform.

Responsibilities
1.     Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable backend services.

2.     Work with PostgreSQL and other backend technologies to build robust and high-performance systems.

3.     Solve complex technical challenges with strong architectural thinking and clean code.

4.     Participate in code reviews, collaborate closely with senior engineers, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

5.     Take ownership of features from design to production.

Requirements
6.     2–5 years of experience in backend development.

7.     Strong knowledge of Golang and SQL.

8.     Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and component design.

9.     Experience working with scalable systems and large codebases (or strong motivation to learn).

10.  Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership over your work.

11.  Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

12.  Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

13.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

14.  Completion of military service or permanent exemption is required for male candidates.

Nice to Have
15.  Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

16.  Experience with automated testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

17.  Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

18.  Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
