About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our software development team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of modern web-based applications in the healthcare and digital health domain.
The successful candidate will work across backend and frontend components, developing scalable application services, APIs, database solutions, and user interfaces. The role involves taking ownership of development tasks, improving existing software systems, and contributing to the long-term evolution of our applications.
We welcome candidates with experience in different modern technology stacks. Strong software engineering fundamentals, architectural thinking, and adaptability are more important than expertise in a particular programming language or framework.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and application components.
Develop RESTful APIs and implement application business logic.
Design and optimize relational databases and data models.
Develop responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable web application interfaces.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and external systems.
Contribute to software architecture, modular design, and technical improvements.
Apply secure software development practices and appropriate access-control mechanisms.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective software solutions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
Practical experience with at least one modern backend programming language and framework.
Experience with modern frontend development technologies.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and software architecture.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following is advantageous:
Backend: Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask), C#/.NET, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, Flutter, or other modern frameworks.
Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar technologies.
Docker, microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
Cloud-based application development.
Healthcare, clinical, or enterprise software development.
Application security and healthcare data protection.

Technology flexibility: No specific programming language, framework, or technology stack is mandatory. Candidates with strong full-stack software engineering capabilities and experience with any suitable modern technology stack are encouraged to apply.
