Key Responsibilities
- Responding to and supporting users with hardware and software issues
- Logging, tracking, and resolving user requests and incidents
- Installing and configuring operating systems, software, and computer equipment
- Troubleshooting computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Supporting the internal network and resolving initial connectivity issues
- Managing and following up on support tickets
- Installing and configuring specialized software
- Familiarity with Workgroup and Domain
- Familiarity with Network+
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer / Information Technology
- Language: English
- Software knowledge: Windows Server, Active Directory, Network+
