Responsibilities:

• Own complex data science projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, evaluation, deployment, and impact measurement.
• Partner with business and product teams to identify opportunities, translate business challenges into analytical problems, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and quantitative analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Design and conduct experiments, A/B tests, and causal inference analyses to measure the impact of products, features, and business initiatives.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation approaches, forecasting solutions, and other data science applications to generate business value.
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in large and complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to build scalable, reliable, and production-ready data science solutions.
• Monitor model performance, validate analytical results, and continuously improve existing models and methodologies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, or other quantitative roles.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, experimental design, and mathematical modeling.
