Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager – Data & AI to own product requirements, backlog prioritization, and delivery across Data Engineering and AI/Data Science teams. You will translate business needs into scalable data products and production-ready machine learning services, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Job Description

• Identify business opportunities where data and machine learning can create value.

• Translate business requirements into technical PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Own and prioritize backlogs for Data Engineering and AI/Data Science squads.

• Coordinate dependencies and delivery across data pipelines, ML models, and backend/platform teams.

• Drive the transition of ML models from experimentation to production-ready services.

• Define data quality standards, model evaluation metrics, and operational KPIs.

• Monitor data pipeline performance and ML model effectiveness.

• Coordinate A/B testing, model rollouts, and post-deployment performance analysis.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or a relevant technical/data role.

• Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and API integration.

• Good understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical thinking, technical documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to align and influence cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
