Job Description 
Netbina advertising agency is looking for a Creative Strategist to join the team. The Creative Strategist is responsible for driving and continuously elevating the overall creative expression, as well as guiding messaging and brand consistency across all the channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who is plugged into the business and able to partner closely with clients on creative campaigns.


What you will do:
- To come up with a broad understanding of the client and their needs
- To research and understand the brand, it's competitors, and discover insights into the audience, and use those            
- learnings to create compelling campaign concepts and detailed ideas
- To develop marketing ideas that achieve results in digital, OOH, print, experiential and performance
- To create documentation and proposals based on ideas
- To guide production team members to achieve the best output of any idea
- To manage the time and meet deadlines properly


Requirements
 Demonstrated creative conceptualization skills.
- The ability to effectively convey information, both verbally and in writing Presentation skill.
- Thinking creatively about marketing solutions.
- Additional knowledge in design software is a plus.
- BA or MA degree preferably in Design, Art, Social science or related field is a plus.
