Operations & Support Supervisor

We are looking for an Operations & Support Supervisor, who will oversee both sides of suppliers and customers’ matters. Job duties include making and designing travel packages & activities for our trips to ensure smooth trips for our clients and the success of our brand. In addition, supporting & providing an unforgettable & enriching experiences that our travelers into the ancient & extraordinary world of Persia needs leading a professional support team.These are your responsibilities:- Contact airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies to make suitable arrangements.- Manage domestic flight coordination as needed- Supporting bookings & coordination of reservation changes- Prepare information for tourists or tour guides.- B2B sales development.- Dealing with payment & maintain statistical and financial records- Improving clients & providers’ satisfactions, and reducing costs.- Market research
