You will assist in developing the inner beauty of our products by developing new formulations according to NPD briefs. You will carry out stability testing and assist with the scale up of new products.You will liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure timely delivery of New Products and product enhancement to the market and act as a reference point for Purchasing in pursuing cost saving and alternative raw materials and supplier strategies.Knowledge of EU and US regulatory requirements is a must. You have excellent organizational and time management skills and the confidence to work under own initiative, yet take direction well.Knowledge of formulation of creams is a must, with experience in shampoo, lip balm, aerosols, laundry and detergent categories is a plus.If this sounds like the natural next step for you, we would love to meet you!
