

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the executive assistant position in a newly founded investment consulting firm, working directly with the CEO.
Task and responsibilities:
Responsible for all of the administrative and clerical duties of the office ·
Arranging meetings, setting appointments and making sure the schedules run smoothly.
Acquaintance with accounting and automation software, formal correspondence, archiving, handling banking and financial administrative tasks.
Prepare required documentation on the required material advised by the CEO.
Initial human resource tasks including onboarding of newly employed within the procedures defined by the company’s guidelines and supervising scheduling and payments.
Facilitating communication with all the beneficiaries including foreign partners.
Cultivating and maintaining the company’s culture as the person in charge of the office
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree.
Proficient user of MS Office.
Acquainted with the English language.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ready to dig in challenges and handle critical situations.
Being proactive and a problem solver The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
Acquaintance with graphical applications like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
Any certificates in the English language ·
Experience in the industry
