The love for children, patience, empathy, creativity and a desire to mold and shape young minds is a must. Kindergarten teachers must be able to have good classroom management skills. This requires being able to retain the attention span of multiple young children at once. They must also be able to develop and implement lesson plans and ensure each child in their room is receiving a quality education.
