Job Description
• Work directly with vendor acquisition team to help implement project goals
• Assist the Operation planning manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the vendor acquisition of the business
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
• Organize and track all project documents
• Overview project goals and ensure they are achievable
• Monitoring and controlling the projects’ progress
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
• Monitor KPIs and report the issues
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Requirements and Skills
• Ability to use necessary softwares (MSP, Excel,Google Sheets , …)
• Considerable skills: Resilience; Internal negotiation skills; Communication and feedback skills; Problem solving; Critical thinking; Proactivity
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
