Position Overview: 

 This position plays a critical role in our operation. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes of potential candidates and choose them for the candidate reach outs team based on provided criteria. 

 Job Responsibilities: 

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Reviewing resumes of our potential candidates

·         Choosing the qualified candidates based on provided criteria and adding them to an excel sheet

·         Keep track of candidate evaluation parameters 

·         Help the talent team as needed in other duties

·         Provide daily reports on the number of reviewed candidates and the progress of the search


Job Requirements: 

 
·         Minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

·         Strong “reading” skills in English 

·         Access to a laptop/computer and internet

·         Full time availability to work ( 8-10 hrs/day)
