The incumbent is responsible for:Cchecking system functionality - raise the issue/bugs if any.
Follow up with related departments for solving the issue.
Also responsible for preparing also importing, updating data in the system. (Sectiones : Barnd - products - accounts - contacts - contaracts - sales data - audit data - gifts …)
Follow up users comments/raised issues and back to them with proper solution/answre.
Check users feedbacks from web, follow up, ...
Check shared JTi stands pictures and follow the perosses by approve or ignore them.
Responsible for registering all the contents in related portal.
Follow up for getting approvals.
Responsible for incoming calls from users and address them to the related personnel/department.
