We are looking for a freelance UI/UX designer who can design web apps from scratch and improve existing mockups.
We are developing a distributed storage solution similar to MinIO. Your task will be to research existing tools and design mockups. Our project is still in its early stages and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to steer the product’s direction.
You are a good fit if you:

• can develop a deep understanding of the market through competitor analyses,
• have experience in designing SaaS solutions,
• care about a good user experience,
• have an eye for details and consistency,
• keep up with the latest mobile and web design trends,
• can conduct user interviews,
• have good communication skills and
• are dependable.

Your responsibilities include:

• surveying existing software and market trends,
• prototyping new features and
• designing mockups in Figma.

How we will work together:
You will be working in a globally distributed team. We follow an agile methodology while keeping meetings and distractions to a bare minimum. As such, you should be able to work well independently.
