Operation specialist Sea freight

  Job Description
● Receive orders from the sales department and process the required arrangements for delivery.
● Negotiate freight rates with operational counterparts and other companies to get high-quality services at the             most competitive price.
● Execute required arrangements with shipping companies.
● Keep records of production, dispatch, stuffing, and clearance process.
● Update sales team and customers on order status and all shipment schedules.
● Prepare all required shipping documents.
● Solve problems with logistic services.
● Follow with agents and shipping line in order to recieve booking.
● Preparing freight invoice
● Recieving delivery order from shipping line and deliver ittocnee.
● Follow with shipping line for return empty containers and issue demurrage invoice for cnee.

  Requirements
● Bachelor's degree.
● Shipping-related certificates are in priority.
● At least 3 years of relevant experience.
● Fluent in English.
● Good communication and negotiation skills.
● Self-development, self-learning, and self-motivation.
● Ability to multi-task, problem-solving skills, and work under pressure.
