Tasks
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Prepare, update, and monitor Project Management Plan
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Skills/Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity.
High English proficiency in all skills is mandatory
Experience in leading large programs/projects with the ability to create project plans.
Manage timelines, identify dependencies, and deliver regular progress reports.
Assess problems/risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid impact on the program.
Effective in solving complex problems and working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to document key processes and procedures.
Strong communications skills with drive change management and provide
regular leadership updates on the program status.
Demonstrate the ability to drive and prioritize multiple tracks in a program.
Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in managing cybersecurity programs is a plus.
Experience/Education Preferences
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years and a Master’s degree.
MBA or MS in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar field preferred.
